www.hiltonherbs.com REBRANDED!

NEW WEBSITE GOES LIVE! – November 2009

HILTON HERBS, leading manufacturer of natural animal supplements based near Crewkerne, in Somerset, are planning that their new website will go live in early November. There will be a launch party on the Hilton Herbs’ stand at Your Horse Live, over the weekend of Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November 2009.

To celebrate the launch there will be special offers for visitors to the show (Stand M11), specially commissioned merchandising toys advertising the new site will be available, and there will be website offers for both private and trade customers.

The new Hilton Herbs website has been a team effort, with valuable input from staff members at Hilton Herbs, web design was undertaken by New Century Designs, with Iconography responsible for site build and hosting – both these two businesses being Somerset-based.

The use of cutting-edge web technology is in line with Hilton Herbs’ decision to embrace social networking websites, such as Facebook and Twitter, to enhance brand image, as well as setting up a dedicated Hilton Herbs Blog ( www.hiltonherbsblog.com )

For retailers the new site will have a password-protected Trade only area. This area will be used by Hilton Herbs to provide an information resource for retailers, to inform them of special offers, and enable them to earn extra discount when ordering online.

Hilton Herbs’ first website was launched way back in 1996, with their first web shop going live in 1999, designed and hosted by local Somerset-based web design business Iconography Ltd. The Hilton Herbs website has become a corner-stone of the company’s sales success, as well as a worldwide information source for animal owners around the globe.

In 2008 Hilton Herbs’ e-commerce sales exceeded traditional order-line sales for the first time, indicating a definite change in the market majority towards online transactions and information requests. With this in mind, Hilary & Tony Self, co-Directors and founders, of Hilton Herbs, decided that a site makeover was necessary to take advantage of advances in web creation technology and site optimisation.

Finally, as direct proof of their worldwide coverage, the November launch of the new UK website will also signal the launch of the new American, French, and German websites.
