Coat & Skin Information

Your dog’s coat and skin condition is a direct reflection of its inner health, which is why if you want your dog to shine like 'Yogi' - Hilary and Tony's brown Dobermann here, you can do your part by feeding a fresh varied diet to ensure healthy coat growth and skin condition and give plenty of regular exercise which will not only keep your dog fit and active, but will also promote a good circulation which is vital for stimulating and maintaining a healthy coat and skin. Finally, by regularly grooming your dog you will further stimulate the blood supply to the area, encouraging the removal of dead skin and hair and ensuring the coat stays in the very best condition

Unfortunately there will be times when, despite your very best efforts, your pet’s coat may become scurfy, dull, smelly, irritated, sore or damaged as a result of allergens, minor wounds, abrasions, biting insects or ill health. We can help you ensure your dog’s coat and skin is maintained in prime condition all year round.

Our range of canine herbal supplements, cooling and soothing lotions, anti–bacterial and anti–fungal creams, colour enhancing and medicated shampoos are all designed to help you support and maintain your dog’s coat and skin in prime condition whatever the season.

I have used Phytobalm on my African Grey parrot's feet when he just came to me with a bumblefoot problem. Only after three applications spread over one week the improvement was significant - the skin became more supple, the sore spots almost completely disappeared and little cracks soon healed too. And I didn't have to worry about him ingesting it when grooming his feet because the product is all natural. Thank you so much for this wonderful product!

A friend at my yard lent me some of this when my horse's hair started falling out for no apparent reason and her skin was becoming scabby and itchy. It cleared up the scabs with one application and after only three days the hair was starting to grow back. This after I had spent £500 on antibiotics and fancy ointment from the vet. She has also used it on her horse's wither where it had been very badly rubbed by a rug and had become infected. It took a few weeks of use but he's now completely healed. All our liveries have used it for different kinds of skin problems and wounds, and everyone is impressed with it.
