This soothing easy to apply herbal lotion is just what is needed for those large muscle mass areas and can be used before, during and after strenuous exercise or in conjunction with massage or physiotherapy. We use generous quantities of Arnica and Comfrey tincture blended in an Acqueous cream base with Lavender essential oil. Originally formulated for our Endurance horses to help at Vet Gates, we now use this great lotion on all our horses, dogs and ourselves.

I cannot praise this product enough and use it on my dog before and after her hydrotherapy swims and since using this product her muscles no longer get sore (especially her tail)! First discovered this wonderful product several years ago. I was bitten by a horse which savaged my tendon and my finger use to ache all the time. I use to rub this into my horse's tendons and discovered that my finger did not ache any more. Years later I had a bit of arthritis in my hand and again used this and now do not have a problem. My dog had corrective surgery for elbow dysplacia and now massage her with this cream daily and it does both of us good. It also smells nice and very relaxing.

My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Darcy had a dislocated knee cap and unfortunately needed surgery, when he was allowed to walk I used it before and after the walk (even very short walks) as it was cold and damp weather. I think it worked very well, his vet was very pleased with him. Needless to say I still use it everyday.

Contains: Acqueous cream base blended with generous quantities of Arnica tincture, Comfrey tincture, Lavender essential oil and Rosemary essential oil.

In recent research into dementia, one of the herbs trialled was Rosemary - Rosmarinus officinalis - which in the trials was found to help increase the flow of blood and therefore oxygen to the brain.

For centuries Rosemary herb has been a plant associated with  "remembrance" and was often placed on the tops of coffins to show that the person would be remembered by their loved ones. It sort of makes sense that a herb associated with 'Remembrance' should also have medicinal properties that helps people retain their memories!
