Payment & Delivery Info
Payment - A special Notice to all Hilton Herbs Internet Customers.
We are aware of, and fully understand, the concern customers may have regarding the use of credit cards over the internet. With this in mind, and to make sure your credit card details remain absolutely confidential and secure we have chosen to use the Royal Bank of Scotland’s well-respected encrypted system to look after your transactions.
Once you have placed your order and clicked on the Payment icon you will be automatically connected to the Royal Bank of Scotland's secure website. Having entered your credit card details the information will then be processed by the bank, via a connection that is automatically encrypted, using a Secure Socket Layer.
We would like to confirm that this facility has no connection with the Hilton Herbs website, and that all information is passed in an encrypted format to the bank's secure collection service. Once the payment transaction is complete you will be returned to our website, where we will provide you with an order number and receipt.
Please note when you leave the RBS payment system you may see a pop up saying that you are going to a unsecure page, don't worry, this is perfectly normal and you are just being transferred from the RBS site back to our site.
POSTAL & CARRIAGE CHARGES FOR MAIL AND WEB ORDER ITEMS WITHIN THE U.K. MAINLAND
NB There is a 'Remote Areas' surcharge of £14.00 for items sent to the Scottish Highlands and all UK offshore islands on any amount ordered. For overs over £60.00, the delivery charge is £7.00.
GENERAL ORDERS OF £60.00 & OVER - Any order of £60.00 or over is sent free of delivery charge UK mainland only (not Remote areas) by courier service. Delivery by this service normally takes 1 - 2 working days. We can also offer a Saturday delivery by courier at a cost of £ 9.50. If you wish to use this service please ensure that your order is placed before 12.00 midday Friday either through the Helpline or on the Website.
GENERAL ORDERS UNDER £60.00
Any package weighing over 950 g will be sent by courier, for which there is a standard charge of £6.00. Delivery by this service normally takes 1-2 working days.
Our carriers may require a signature on delivery, however, they do operate a discretionary service whereby they will leave your parcel, without signature, provided simple delivery instructions are given, as to where the parcel may be left (eg "leave in porch"). Please include any such instructions with your order. If you have a business address to which your goods can be sent, it may be preferable to use this.
SMALLER ITEMS ARE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL.

Orders weighing over 200g up to 400 g £ 2.75
Orders weighing over 400g up to 950 g £ 4.00
